Quest Global is a leader in the Engineering and Technology Services space with over 14,000 employees globally. o3 Capital has a long working relationship with Quest Global and the acquisition of Adept is the 6th transaction of o3 Capital with Quest Global.

Adept, founded by Gopal Koreme and Madan Lolugu in 2011, is a Semiconductor design services company with over 480 employees across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Vizag locations. The company over the last 11 years has built a strong clientele and works with major Semiconductor OEMs in the industry across India, China, and the United States.

The acquisition of Adept is part of Quest Global's strategy to expand capabilities in the Semiconductor design services space, an area that has been witnessing exponential growth in the last 2 years
