We are pleased to announce that our client, Invecas Inc., has been successfully acquired by Cadence Design Systems, Inc..

Invecas is a US-headquartered provider of design engineering, embedded software and system-level solutions established in 2014. The company has a skilled engineering team of approximately 350 employees centered in Hyderabad who have vast experience in delivering end-to-end system solutions with deep expertise in advanced nodes, mixed-signal, verification, embedded software, packaging and turnkey custom silicon production. Invecas built close relationships with top foundry, assembly and test partners.

With extensive experience in designing chips and taking them to production, Invecas has served hundreds of customers across various verticals, including mobile, networking, hyperscaler and automotive.

Cadence is a Nasdaq-listed, US-headquartered electronic systems design company, leveraging over 35 years of computational software proficiency. Through its Intelligent System Design™ approach, Cadence provides software, hardware, and IP solutions, translating design concepts into tangible realities.
